10 Amazon Organizing Finds Under $35

We just wrapped up the Spring Organizing Challenge and even though I didn’t get to as many spaces as I’d hoped to, I still had such a good time seeing all of you join in. I hope you are starting to see some signs of spring in your neck of the woods. If you’ve been following me on instagram, you may have spied my bird watch 2021 series. (I’ve been following a robin who made a nest on our front porch and the eggs are going to hatch any minute!).

All that to say, I’ve been on a bit of cleaning and organizing binge and I wanted to share some great affordable finds from Amazon. Here are 10 Amazon organizing finds for under $35. You can be sure that I have used, tested and approve all of these items (and you likely have seen them in action at some point or another on my instagram stories). If you have any questions, just leave me a comment.

  1. Space Bags

I shared these this week on Instagram as I was putting away my gigantic pregnancy pillow. I love that these make huge things like this into a more manageable size while keeping them clean and in an air tight space. I like to use these for storage of bulky seasonal items like pillows, bedding, and maternity stuff.

2. Bissell Hand Vac

I’m obsessed with this gadget (and I’m not a gadget gal!). I bought this on a whim and have been using it ever since. I love its compact size and how easy it is to get in the crevices of drawers and cabinets. It's not the most powerful vacuum in the world but it gets the job done.

3. Photo/Card/Cord Organizer

This is the jack of all trades of organizing products. This box is made for photos but I have used it to organize everything from photos to cards to cords to seeds. Each compartment slides out easily and you can label the top so you know what's inside.

4. Drawer Dividers

I use these dividers in my dresser drawers. They are affordable, easy to use and help so much with dividing a big space into manageable sections. The best part is that you can move them easily - for example, as Fitz’s size and clothing grows, I’ll adjust the dividers to better fit his clothes.

5. Spice Jars

I love these jars and many of you have bought these same ones with rave reviews. I bought two sets for a total of 50 jars. I love that they come with everything you need to label and continue to maintain your spice situation.

6. Museum gel

This is an organizer trick of the trade. Buy the clear gel, not the putty. It helps your drawer tray inserts (like in the picture below) to stay in place. You can even use it on things like lamps to keep your busy toddler from knocking them over.

7. File Box

This is how I organize our personal files but my favorite use is to create a kids memory box. Get one for each kiddo, label the file folders by year, age or grade. Stow all of your favorite art, certificates and awards easily.

8. Mop and Broom Holder

I love how this maximizes the vertical space in a closet or a wall. Easy install too.

9. Hangers

If you are in the market for new hangers, Amazon Basics Velvet hangers are where its at. These are my go to when I am organizing a closet. And if I suggest any product to a client for a clothing closet, its these.

10. Command Hooks

Never underestimate the power of a hook to get stuff off the ground and out of the way. Hats, jackets, belts, backpacks, aprons, bags, keys, and more.
