Organize: Postpartum Recovery Kit

If you’ve followed me for a bit, then you know I’m a huge fan of the nursing cart ala Karrie Locher. I share my own take on the postpartum nursing cart here. In fact, I already upgraded my pump for next time (fingers crossed!).

Another postpartum essential is a recovery kit. There are many pre-made kits like this one that lansinoh so generously shared with me. Or you can make your own. Here are all the recovery items essentials you need to create a kit of your own:

• Belly binder

• Pads

• Adult diapers for the first few days

• Ice pads

• Peri-bottle (part of this kit)

• Tucks wipes

• Cooling spray (part of this kit)

• Numbing spray (also part of this kit)

• Baby wipes

• Size-up underwear

• bin to contain it all
