Fall 2022 Capsule Wardrobe

If you’ve ever said “You can't go to the ball looking like that!” and then found yourself in your closet with nothing to wear, this is for YOU! By curating a capsule wardrobe for this season, you’ll avoid decision fatigue and get dressed with the wave of a wand (almost). Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo 🪄🎃🐎👗👸🏻

Here are a few capsule wardrobe tips so you don’t get (glass) slipp(er)ed 👡up along the way. Plus, scroll to the end to catch a glimpse my own capsule wardrobe built from the guide.

🪄The fall capsule wardrobe has 24 items including purses, shoes and accessories. I tried to include a good mix of high and low priced items. This season, I’ve even included splurge vs. save options at the end of PDF too. As always, I stayed true to my classic modern style. You’ll see many classic wardrobe staples paired with a few trendier pieces to keep us all from looking like the wicked stepmother 🧙🏻‍♀️.

🪄If you are new to the capsule game, remember to shop your closet first for items like the ones in the guide. You don’t need a whole new wardrobe to enjoy a capsule wardrobe. If you look at my capsule for this fall, I don’t have these exact items either. I use items I already own to recreate the capsule. I hope this will make it super easy for you to get dressed.

🪄As one very wise fairy godmother once said, “even miracles take time.” It takes time to build a wardrobe. Use this guide to create a budget, shop your closet and make a shopping list. Even with half the items in the capsule, you will have tons of outfit choices. You won’t turn into a pumpkin 🎃 if you don’t have all the things, I promise.
