The BEST paper planner for busy moms (3rd annual paper planner round-up)

When it comes to picking a paper planner its hard to know which one will serve you best. After all, there are A LOT of planners out there. This year I took to instagram and y’all shared a lot of great options. I rounded up four of the most popular responses and am sharing those with you as part of the 3rd annual paper planner round up (see Year 1 and Year 2 here and here). I’ll also be sharing my planner pick for 2023 too!

We’ll be looking at the:

  • size and alignment

  • how many days per page (7 days/1 page, 7 days/ 2 page)

  • totability (does it fit in your purse?)

  • space to write

  • aesthetics

  • binding

  • price point

  • unique quality

Bloom Planner Vision Planner

This is the 2023 Vision planner and Bloom was so kind to send this to me. Their planners are all very vibrant. They are all spiral bound and can lay flat. This is a great option if you want something to fit in your tote bag. This same planner comes in 3 sizes and the pocket size is only $10.

The weekly planner they shared with me is a vertical alignment weekly planner with 7 days across 2 pages. There’s a place for notes and to-dos. Bloom is really dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and create a vision for your year. Each week they even have a space for habit tracking. See the inside here.

MomAgenda Planner

This beautiful planner was made just for moms and I’m so grateful they sent it to me to share with y’all. They literally have spaces in each week for each of your children. It comes in a variety of beautiful colors and can be book bound or spiral bound. The size they sent me (Thank you MomAgenda!) is called the Desktop size but I’ve found it to be more in line with what other companies call thir medium size. See the inside here.

Clever Fox Planner

This planner reminds me a lot of an organized bullet journal. There are lots of dot pages at the back of the planner. The particular planner they sent me is an 18 month planner but they also come in a 12 month version. It comes in both dated and undated versions. All of their book bound planners in solid colors in vegan leather. They have both vibrant and neutral colos available. This is geared toward someone who wants to improve their productivity and goal setting. Shop this planner here.

Day Designer Planner

Day Designer has a LOT of planner options. This particular planner option is the Planner Notes Calendar planner. Its the only one I’ve seen from them with the vertical alignement. It is spiral bound and medium size. I really like that it has tabbed months to make finding your spot easy. They have a spot for your top 3 goals for each day at the top of each column, as well as a tonight box which I like for meal planning. There is not a lot of room for notes outside of those buckets so if you are looking for a planner with more open writing space this might not be for you. This is the cheapest option at under $20. My 2023 Planner Pick

I recently shared how I use my paper planner along with GCal and the Notes App too. You can read more about that here. In that recent video, I mentioned that I really wanted a paper planner that had a spot for milestones as well as a place for meal planning. So those were big factors in my final selection. Watch to see which planner I picked here:

Many thanks to Bloom, Clever Fox, and MomAgenda for providing planners for this round up!
