Winter Capsule Wardrobe: 21 items, 100+ Outfit Ideas

Hey there! Back by popular demand capsule wardrobe: winter edition. ICYMI here is the fall capsule wardrobe series. One of my goals of sharing capsule wardobes is to show you that you can live with less and still look and feel good doing it. I want you to feel confident styling outfits from items in your closet and to purchase with intention. I already shared how to wear one simple black t-shirt 5 different ways in the fall and for the winter I’m sharing my coziest outfits for the cold weather.

I’m also including my free winter capsule wardrobe guide. This time I’ve added a shopping checklist. That way, whether you are shopping your own closet or at the store, you can see what you need and budget appropriately. Just remember, you don’t have to get it all at once. It took me two years to craft my capsule closet and I still add and edit each season. Bottom line, it’s not instant. Slow classic fashion will help you find your true style and build a closet of clothes you actually wear.

I’ve linked all of the pieces that you need to build your winter capsule wardrobe with tons of outfit ideas (but there is capacity for SO MANY MORE!).

If you are not in the space to shop, no worries. Just pin the pages and items you like for inspiration for later. I’ve included a shopping checklist for your shopping convenience. That way, you can check things off as you add them to your wardrobe. Remember, your capsule wardrobe and outfit styling doesn’t have to look JUST LIKE mine. This is just a jumping off point for you to build your own unique capsule wardrobe and outfits. My style is neutral classic so thats exactly what you are going to find in my winter capsule wardrobe as well as the outfits that I styled for you.

More outfit ideas and ways to wear coming soon!
